Sara Gibb (Chief Military Mom)
Sara is the boots on the ground specialist for thredUP, networking in the military community and supporting the military thredUP members. She went to work for thredUP solely because she saw the direct benefit for military families. Sara’s only scope of work is to help the military community get access to thredUP, dream up fantastic military discounts, and help military families find success swapping kids’ clothes!
A proud graduate of Boston College, her decade spent as a teacher and college administrator is coming in handy with this new venture. A serial thredUP trader, Sara is a Navy wife and mother of three: Ryan (5), David (3) and Lexi (1). She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Connecticut, and would enjoy yoga, reading and cooking food that isn’t orange in her spare time (if she had any).
